Description by Michael
For our new kitchen we have a 'walk-in cupboard' made. By installing 6 shelves all around, we have created extra cupboard space. The cupboard is closed with a scaffolding wooden sliding door.
How I made this project
I measured the width of the walls and then had wooden planks cut to size. Because the colors gold and black were also reflected in our kitchen, I wanted black shelves. The wall is gold-colored, and I also bought the rails and holders in black. I then secured the rails approximately just under 50 centimeters apart, with fixings for 6 shelves at different heights. With a beautiful result!
Dimensions of my DIY project
- The shelves left and right: 95.0 wide, 30.0 cm deep.
- The shelves behind: 113.5 wide and 50.0 cm deep
