Description

Our washing machine, including detergents, was separate in the kitchen, to get it out of sight, and out of reach of our son, we made a conversion around the washing machine. It is nicer to see, we have more storage options, and the detergents are now out of reach of our son.

Work description: how did you realize your project

I ordered pine carpentry panels, with rounded edges on the exposed sides. Part of the long plank against the wall still had to be cut out to make room for the washing machine drain. I cut out a corner of the bottom two shelves to make room for the socket and the cord for the microwave. I sawed the support beams for the shelves from the residual wood. After that I sanded and varnished everything. Then I pre-drilled all screw holes, mounted the beams for the shelves to the side plate, then attached the top plate to the side plates. Then the shelves are pre-drilled and fixed. Finally put the cabinet in place and fixed it to the wall with reinforcement corners.

Final size: What are the outer dimensions?

Height: 242.8 cm Width: 66.6 cm Depth: 46.0 cm The shelves have a depth of 45.0 cm
